Through every step of our process, we are committed to providing you with the finest Ethiopian coffee. From farm to cup, we take great care in each detail, ensuring that every sip of our coffee is a reflection of quality, sustainability, and dedication.

Cultivation & Harvesting

At Sajo Trading PLC, the journey to exceptional coffee begins in the lush, fertile regions of Ethiopia, where our trusted farmers cultivate high-quality coffee beans. Using sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices, our partners ensure that every coffee plant is nurtured to produce beans that reflect the unique flavors of the region.

Processing

Once harvested, the coffee beans undergo a careful processing method that brings out their distinct flavors and aromas. Depending on the region and coffee type, we use either the washed, natural, or semi-washed processing technique. This critical step involves removing the outer layers of the coffee cherry to reveal the raw beans, which are then prepared for drying.

Drying & Sorting

After processing, the coffee beans are spread out under the sun to dry to the perfect moisture level. This step is crucial for preserving the beans' flavor and ensuring consistency. Once dried, the beans undergo a meticulous sorting process to remove any defects and ensure uniformity.
